Dennis works with Alliant teams and the board of directors to define a member-first strategy, establish priorities, and provide extraordinary value to members. With decades of experience in financial services, Dennis knows the distinct advantage that Alliant can offer as a national digital credit union.
Prior to serving as president and chief executive officer of Alliant, Dennis held senior leadership roles at KeyBank, Citizens Financial Group and PNC Bank. Earlier in his career, Dennis was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Michigan.
Dennis is active in the financial industry and his community, including serving as a board trustee for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and as board chair for the Alliant Foundation.
Shrikant is Chief Risk Officer at Alliant Credit Union, leading credit and operations risk, advanced analytics, compliance, business controls, fraud and facilities. In this role, Shrikant ensures focus and visibility for enterprise risk ownership as a regulated financial institution.
Shrikant was most recently Head of Analytics & Information Management at Citigroup, and a member of the executive committee of the Global Consumer Bank. Shrikant has prior executive leadership roles in consumer lending credit, analytics, CRM, and operations at Discover Financial Services, Morgan Stanley, and General Electric. Shrikant has a bachelor’s degree from Ravenshaw University and a PhD from the University of Rochester.
Nancy leads human resources and has responsibility for the development and deployment of the enterprise-wide talent, diversity, equity, inclusion, and internal communication strategies. Nancy and her team focus on effectively identifying and understanding talent needs and opportunities, and tailor an employee experience that enables an engaged, productive workforce that maximizes the contributions of a diverse employee base.
Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College.
Before joining Alliant in 2016, Nancy held management consulting and human resource leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Baxter Healthcare and Sears Holdings Corporation.
Jason leads Alliant's credit businesses, including consumer, residential, and commercial lending. He also oversees Alliant's loan trading group and directs overall credit product strategy. He graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University with a degree in business administration. He also holds an M.S. in operations management and earned an M.B.A. from Emory University. Jason is an alumnus of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and holds several other certificates and diplomas. Before coming to Alliant in 2012, he was chief lending executive at Delta Community Credit Union and worked at Delta Air Lines prior to that. In 2013, Credit Union Magazine included Jason in its inaugural cohort of credit union industry "Rock Stars."
Meredith is SVP, General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Government Affairs Officer for Alliant overseeing the Legal and Audit functions as well as the Ethics and Government Affairs Programs. She supports all departments at Alliant including the Board of Directors.
Meredith, a Chicago native, graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY and obtained her JD from DePaul College of Law in Chicago. Meredith has had a diverse legal career in Chicago starting out in private practice where she litigated tort actions. A large portion of her litigation included defending a Fortune 100 petroleum company. Meredith then served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County, Illinois in both the civil and criminal divisions. She then took her experience to the State of Illinois where she contributed to the Illinois Department of Public Aid and then served as Deputy General Counsel to the Department of Central Management Services. Meredith then served as in-house counsel for Accenture, an international technology consulting firm.
Meredith chaired the Standing Committee on Women and the Law of the Illinois State Bar Association as well as the Young Lawyers Division. She served on the Board of Managers of the Chicago Bar Association. Currently, Meredith is on the Board of Directors of the Alliant Credit Union Foundation and is Co-Chair of the Governance Sub-committee of the American Bar Association Credit Union Committee. She serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of DePaul University College of Law where she is on the Diversity Committee. She has been recognized by the legal profession by receiving a number of awards including Crain’s, Chicago Lawyer, Best Lawyers, Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and The Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law.
Vasanthi leads the technology team at Alliant, partnering with leaders across the organization to develop, communicate and implement Alliant’s digital technology vision and strategy with the objective of improving member experience, modernizing our infrastructure and strengthening information security and IT risk management. Vasanthi holds an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics, Math and Accounting from St. Francis’ College in India. Vasanthi comes to Alliant with a strong background in leading technology and operations teams in financial services and other industries. Most recently, she founded and headed a consulting firm focused on coaching executives on purpose-driven leadership, and leveraging technology and data to create new business models. Prior to that, Vasanthi served as Global Head of Ratings Operations at S&P Global, a provider of market intelligence to corporations, investors and universities. She also spent 22 years at General Electric, including as CIO of GE Capital Bank and CIO of GE Energy Financial Services. In her role as CIO for GE Capital Bank, Vasanthi co-led the launch of an online banking platform that won several industry awards including “The Best Savings Bank” in Money magazine and the prestigious “Webby” for excellence in online services.
Harry leads the finance function at Alliant, which includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, accounts payable, credit risk management, enterprise risk management, and asset/liability management. He is also involved in board-level governance and many cross-functional initiatives, such as project and portfolio management. He has three degrees from the University of Michigan, including a B.S.E, an M.S.E., and an M.B.A, which he earned while working at Ford Motor Company. At Ford, he was part of a rotational leadership development program. One of those rotations enabled him to work on the design and launch of the Lincoln LS and Jaguar S-type. After Ford, he joined Deloitte Consulting as a management consultant in Chicago. He then started his finance career at Sears and later transitioned to W.W. Grainger. He joined the Alliant management team in 2010.
