CHICAGO, IL and ALBANY, NY May 30, 2024 – Alliant Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the nation, is proud to announce a new partnership with Curia, a global contract research, development and manufacturing organization to address the financial well-being of the organization’s workforce. Recognizing the interconnectedness between financial stability and mental well-being, the partnership is being launched in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month.

As mental health continues to be a prevalent concern in workplaces worldwide, Curia recognizes the interconnectedness between financial stability and mental well-being. By teaming up with Alliant, Curia aims to provide its U.S. based employees with comprehensive support to navigate economic and emotional challenges effectively.

“Prioritizing employees’ mental health is a critical driver for the success of any organization,” said Joseph Sangregorio, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, at Curia. “At Curia, we believe it’s important to offer a holistic suite of resources to support our employees, recognizing that their wellbeing is impacted by a variety of factors, including financial wellness. Our partnership with Alliant underscores this belief, and we are excited to work with Alliant to empower our team to confidently navigate their personal finances and support not just their financial goals, but their overall health and happiness.”

Through this partnership, Alliant offers Curia employees a tangible path to financial wellness and exclusive access to savings and checking accounts, certificates, loans, emergency savings programs, and other financial products and tools. In addition to supporting employees' financial journeys, Alliant's banking offerings can also positively impact employees' professional lives.

"We are delighted to partner with Curia to support their employees' financial health and mental well-being," said Sumeet Grover, SVP responsible for Employee Group Partnerships at Alliant. "By combining our expertise in financial services with Curia's commitment to mental health awareness, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the lives of employees."

The launch of the partnership underscores the shared commitment of Curia and Alliant to destigmatize mental health issues and foster a culture of support and understanding within the workplace; as those who are financially secure are more likely to be happier, more engaged, and more productive at work.
