Who can join Alliant? You are eligible to apply for Alliant membership if you: Work for or retired from a business Alliant partners with. Or are an immediate family member or domestic partner of a current Alliant member. Or live or work in an eligible community near our Chicago headquarters. If none of the above apply to you, select “Other: Join Alliant Credit Union Foundation” during the member application process and we’ll pay the one-time $5 membership fee on your behalf. Note for non-US residents: You can apply to join if you live outside the U.S. and have a Social Security Number or a valid ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number).
